We believe NervEase® can make a meaningful difference in your daily comfort and mobility. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your results, you may return your bottles (used or unused, even empty) within 90 days of the original delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price.
Step 1 - Email customer care. Send an email to support@nerveaseofficial.com within 90 days of your delivery date. Include your order number (begins with NE-), the full name on the order, and a brief reason for the return (optional but appreciated).
Step 2 - Receive your RMA. Within 1 business day, our team will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
Step 3 - Ship your bottles back. Pack all bottles (opened, unopened, full, or empty) securely and ship to the address provided. We recommend a tracked service - NervEase Lab is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Step 4 - Receive your refund. Once we receive your return, we'll confirm within 1 business day and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Most banks post the refund within an additional 3-10 business days.
Do I need to return all the bottles? All bottles from the original order - opened, unopened, partial, or empty.
What if I lost my order number? Email us with the name, email, and ZIP code on the order - we'll find it.
What if my bottles arrived damaged? Email support@nerveaseofficial.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. Damaged-on-arrival replacements are sent free of charge - no return required.
